Metal cased wells can be cased with plastic, gravel packed, with proper seal at top can meet the requirements delineated by state of Nebraska. Beware , this will eventually occur in all states since the abundance of state & federal bureaucrats continues to increase. Of course enforcement will lag due to vast area to be covered.
The fact that EPA Nebraska has homed in on this indicates it will likely be picked up by other states in time!!
