Rodent & Corrosion Damage

Causes of Equipment Failures Control boxes, timers, circuit breaker panels, knife switches, & wire are all susceptible to weather, mice, rats, & corrosion. Even crimped fittings fail due to corrosion. I have seen wire insulation heavily damaged by rodents. So, checking for this kind of damage ought to be top of the list.
